Super Bowl Sweeps

NFL star Josh Allen hopes to play his way to the Super Bowl. But if that doesn’t work out, he could also win tickets by paying with his Cash App Visa Card. Asked to drive card usage and awareness for this sweepstakes, we delivered by creating Cash App’s most-watched TikTok video of all time.

Rooted in the insight that the best athletes always keep their opponent guessing, we wondered what would happen if Josh tried to pay for as many items as possible… individually. While our legal department didn’t love that we suggested ripping open bags of baby carrots at checkout, the client sure loved it.

The Josh Allen videos were so successful, the client asked us to create a second series of reactionary TikToks featuring former Heisman winner Robert Griffin III and NFL Red Zone host Scott Hanson. They playfully leaned into trends and cultural habits, like the art of licking cheeto dust off your fingers, or fighting over who pays the bill.

The idea: While not everyone can be an NFL star, anyone can win Super Bowl tickets by simply being themselves.
